Great for Mum’s who have been through pregnancy, no matter how long ago as it’s very healthy to keep the core/pelvic floor muscles and bum muscles strong.
Great for anyone who’s day involves a lot of sitting down as this causes the core muscles to weaken over time.
Needs no space or equipment either!
