In this video I demonstrate a little exercise called the Quadraped (also known as the Bird Dog).
It’s a great beginners core exercise, because the spine stays flat (neutral) it’s also back friendly.
I recommend puttting it into your routine after you have finished warming up so it switches on the muscles that hold you in place ready for the rest of your exercise routine!
