Now ultimately if someone is happy with their health, how they look and feel, then it’s maintaining a healthy lifestyle…
However, if not being as healthy or looking and feeling as you really want to is causing you continued unhappiness, discomfort, frustration or leaving you not feeling in control of things…
Then it’s time to take action!
Whatever you can do at this point in time will be fine, small imperfect steps will get you started…
Yes it can be overwhelming, if it feels like you have some way to go or you have hit a plateaux and you have been waiting to take the next step for a while…
