Can you join in at the week end and make healthy weight loss progress?

Here comes another week end…
Was it a week of some healthy habits?…
Watching what you ate…
Exercising a few times?…
A good number of steps each day?…
In the blink of an eye it could so easily be undone at the week end…
Might be one of those week ends, where it starts with good intentions…
You plan to treat it like a week day…
Then in a moment of lapse, you get offered a drink or something sugary and homemade…
Why is it homemade is particularly hard to resist?
And you’ve blown it!
You might as well drink and eat everything in sight now!
The all or nothing mentality…
Which is very hard when everyone else is enjoying themselves…
drinks flowing…
deserts…
But life doesn’t have to be making progress, but really unhappy that you have to watch your friends/family having fun…
Or joining in, but feeling that unless your self disipline improves, a doctor in the near future could order you to sort your lifestyle habits out!
But hold on…
What about the middle…
Compromise…
If you know the drinks are going to be flowing that night…
Stick to protein and Veg during the day…
To really have the best of both worlds stick to low calorie alcohol drinks like liquor and zero calorie mixers or similar…
Then when you are drinking…
no more eating, try and satisfy yourself before…
Then do you know what you do as soon as it’s time?
You get back to the good stuff!
Fitting a couple of exercise sessions in…
Back to watching what you eat…
If you just manage the fun bit…
You can still join in and make progress.
If you know you couldn’t do that on your own, if would be good to “check in” with someone once a week to tell them how it was going and how you are progressing…
Well, I’m working on it!

Hello this is kind of of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or
if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have
no coding experience so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I am the least techno person I know! No coding involved, currently use wordpress easy to upload blogs, used google blogspot before very easy too! If you have stuff you think people would need or find interesting then get started! Hope that was useful 🙂
