Busy Mums, the good thing about trying to lose weight…

If I asked you what the toughest time of the year to lose weight and improve was…
I bet you would say the school summer holidays or the summer in general.
There is a lot of stuff going on.
Which makes starting something or making more progress very hard.
There isn’t anytime for more planning or focus.
It’s a time of getting by until it seems the world gets back to normal in Septemeber.
Routines can go a bit out of the window.
I’m sure your objectives have not changed.
That losing weight and changing shape would make you feel a whole lot better.
Clothes you long to fit in to again.
Stiffness and aches and pains you wish would go away.
Feel healthier with more vitality.
Well at the most difficult time to make progress…
Here is some food for thought (pardon the pun)…
Most of the stuff in life requires you to pretty much give your all.
Parenting, relationships, your work for example.
If you went through the motions bad things would happen.
Well, here is the thing.
Unless you want to be a competing athlete or ultra lean…
Your lifesyle will get you all the things you want if it is “good enough”.
Good enough, I didn’t say you have to have this ultra healthy lifestyle.
That it has to be your main focus.
It just has to be good enough.
Mostly healthy.
And if you are reading this, that means you are not far off good enough.
A few lifestyle habits away.
Most people don’t need a lifestyle overhaul.
Just a few tweaks and a few habit changes here and there.
How many other things in life can you get away with making them good enough and getting the outcome you want?
What would you have to do to make your lifestyle good enough?
What can you start doing now?
Need some pointers then scroll down and get me free 7 step guide, designed for the busiest of busy mums.
