If you are creating a calorie deficit it fits If you eat mostly healthy most of the time (taking account of the above) it fits Of course you can aim to have no junk food ever low calorie intake restrictive missing a food group only eat certain foods but then I have not met many do that for the long term or if they have, it hasn’t made them happy isn’t that what it should lead to great shape and health and happy!
