
A couple of week ends ago
After a little event I was at
I was catering just for myself
The rest of the family were away
Plus it was the week end
If you are healthy enough of the time
then the rest of the time is for a bit of the of the other is my motto!
And part of my system
Don’t ask me why but I fancied some proper kiddy food
from my childhood
sadly findus crispy pan cakes aren’t a thing anymore
but chicken nuggetts are!
I didn’t need a whole freezer bag full
so luckily a certain fast food chain that ryhmes with
wac bonalds does a portion of them
of course you need fries too
and at home it’s been ages since I had a tin of beans so that went with it
maybe I was hungry
but I’d have this over gourmet food anyday!

They key is, everything fits
If you structure your lifestyle habits accordingly it fits!
If you are creating a calorie deficit it fits
If you eat mostly healthy most of the time (taking account of the above) it fits
Of course you can aim to have no junk food ever
low calorie intake
restrictive
missing a food group
only eat certain foods
but then I have not met many do that for the long term
or if they have, it hasn’t made them happy
isn’t that what it should lead to
great shape and health and happy!
