Busy Mum, which of these 2 things motivates you to lose weight?

Wether its Losing Weight and changing shape or anything else for that matter…
What motivates you? What drives you?…
Is it towards something that will increase happiness and well being?…
In my experience losing weight and changing shape certainly do that!…
I don’t know anyone that has not felt better after getting results…
increased confidence, energy, health…
How you will look and feel on holiday…
how you will feel wearing your favourite clothes again…
Fitting in all that you fit into your day, all the commitments and still keeping up with your children…
Being motivated by creating that amazing image of how it will be in the future, once you adopt a slightly different lifestyle…
But for most of us, that doesn’t do it…
Action is taken when things get really bad, when we hit that point where enough is enough…
The realisation of how much time has passed without any progress what so ever…
Not being able to wear the clothes you want to wear, even at special occasions…
Constantly feeling sluggish, uncomfortable and unhealthy…
At that lowest point of feeling stuck and frustrated that something has to be done…
Although you may have this target to get to or discomfort to move away from, one thing instantly helps and that is progress…
Any lifestyle change will have that effect…
As soon as you start, no matter how small, you will feel better.
