It has become fashionable (probably down to certain celebrities) to want to work the bum muscles even more…

The muscles of the bum/backside are also important ones, they are our biggest muscle and because of everyday life are never as strong as they should be!

They also support the pelvis and are part of the muscles that make up the core.
