Busy Mum; you don’t need a perfect lifestyle to lose weight.

During your roller coaster dawn til dusk  (actually at this time of year much later) day, you have a lot going on…
A lot to constantly think of…
What you are going to eat comes quite low on the list of priorities…
Let alone what exercise and exercises and when you are going to fit it in…
So with all that, why are you aiming for perfection?…
To achieve the objectives you want to achieve, things don’t need to be perfect…
When ever too many rules are applied to your lifestyle, when things get too strict…
It leads to over eating…
Or if you have ever decided to be perfect when eating out…
Or at a function…
And then you give in to temptation for one small thing, then because you did that, you think, might as well just eat and drink whatever is in reach…
Where else in life do we do that?…
Not that I wear tights…  ahem, but if you get the smallest ladder, you don’t then go the whole hog and tear them to shreds and then wear them like that?…
So with regards to your lifestyle, what if you stopped aiming for perfect…
What if you just aimed for “good enough”…
Because it’s less strict, wouldn’t you feel better about making it “good enough”
And doing that week in, week out?…
Especially this time of year, the temptations start to increase…
We start getting into the spirit of things…
But why does it need to be one or the other?…
With everything you have going on, with all that you have to think off…
And if you haven’t yet started yet, because you want to aim for perfect…
Then stop being so hard on your self, when in actual fact, you can lose and shape up, get into the outfits you want to wear for party season and improve your health…
If you just aimed to be “good enough”.
