Losing weight improves your overall health, reduces your risk for many health conditions and changes the way your body looks and feels.
ReplyThe great thing about improving shape and health
Is that you always get a fresh start!
And now is a great time!
But most don’t last long
I often hear the gym goers in January on looking around the busy gym remark
“They will all be gone in a few weeks”
Which happens, most go back to being stuck and frustrated
But I don’t want that to happen to you
First you have to clear on what you want to achieve
I want to lose a bit of weight or I want to move better aren’t inspiring goals
So figure out why you want that? How will it enhance your life? Why is that important?
What will happen if you don’t take action?
What don’t you like currently
Why do you want to change it?
Who is responsible for changing it?
(That’s right YOU are!)
So what have you got to do?
(Realistically)
What are you really willing to do?
When can you start doing that?
There we go, planning is great, but now it’s time to take action!
Yes you always get a fresh start, but it gets harder each time
As soon as you take any action you will feel better, because action will lead to progress if it’s repeated Need something to follow to lose those first few lbs? Scroll down and follow the actions in my metabolism report!
