Busy Mums, does trying to lose weight feel like climbing Mount Everest alone?

Let’s face it losing and shaping up and achieving all the benefits that come with it is a challenge…
Losing and shaping up is plain not easy…
Maybe there are some of you reading this and disagreeing, saying “No it’s easy, you just eat less junk, less takeaways, choose the right things when you eat out, less unhealthy snacking – crisps, cakes, pastries, chocolate, biscuits and the like…
Less Mummy petrol and other alcohol and sugary drinks…
Move more, even better do regular exercise routines that include strength training type exercises…
Simple…
So why isn’t everyone doing it?
Well consuming information and knowing the theory is one thing, the implementation, well that’s something different entirely…
Probably feels like climbing mount everest on your own, with the only knowledge that if you are heading upwards you are probably on your way…
That’s assuming you have already done the hardest part, the bit that leaves everyone in exactly the same position…
Getting started, the equivalent of being at the bottom of Mount Everest and staring up at the top…
See I guess I could point you in the path of a generic exercise programme, or a sample meal plan that could help for a few days, but ultimately there are loads of those out there…
My philosophy with everyone I help is not just to give you something you can use for a few days, but take you through the “why” that whole teach someone to fish and feed them for a lifetime thinking…
No need to figure this out on your own, after doing this for 20 years and attending hundreds of courses and learning as much as I could this was the reason for me developing products and 12 week programmes and ongoing coaching…
Those lifestyle habits you have now that are stalling your progress, well what about if you were able to adopt different lifestyle habits that soon without you having to apply much thought helped you make real progress…
Where you would have to make a conscious effort to sabotage results…
I can show the quickest route to climb Mount Everest or be there as your guide, it wouldn’t be easy but you would have help.
You can do this.
