Busy Mums, The Difference Between Losing and Not Losing (Weight).

Most of the time I’m focused on being healthy…
Eating healthy…
Trying to practice what I preach…
As a Mum I certainly know you are great at planning what your children are going to eat (most of the time)…
Sometimes, you may even get chance to focus on what you are eating!
But when the normal daily routine isn’t there, it gets a bit harder!…
The last thing you want to do during the festive time is have to plan what you are eating…
But on boxing day I really got caught out…
I left the house early, so no proper breakfast, grabbing whatever was around when back, realising at a social, food was at dinner, so making do with deserts and snacks (hungry) leaving before dinner (ill little one) to make it easy having what the other little one was having when we got back (which involved chips) and then later (hungry again) opting for a big bag of crisps only seeing some healthier leftovers after (honest gov)…
Although it was festive time, I sort of felt it , bit bloated and sluggish and uncomfortable…
If this is what I did regularly I would be out of shape quick…
And I totally understand, you plan what the little one’s are going to eat and as a Mum what you don’t need is more to think of…
When I do the little one’s breakfast if they are both having something that takes a little longer to prepare, when it comes to me I end up looking at the cornflakes thinking “pour in a bowl add some milk and I will be eating it!”…
Usually I resist, I know what happens if I say to myself “just this once”…
There comes that big moment though, where those that I help realise that getting results doesn’t involve as much planning as they thought it did and they start creating healthier habits…
It may just be; have a good protein source out defrosting, keep vegetables (A bag of ready made one’s is fine) in the fridge, keep healthy snacks like nuts (not the ones they sell in the pub) in your handbag…
a few simple planning steps…
And then do this regularly and the same thing will happen to you that happens to the Busy mums I help…
They start noticing the difference and then seeing the difference…
For some easy to apply steps; get my ‘7 steps a Busy Mum with little time can start applying to lose weight” and scroll down (if you are using your phone) and start losing today
It was also a reason I designed a twelve week online programme, easily followed and put into action, key things a little bit, week by week…
Results, but with one less thing to have to think about…
If you are a regular gym goer and need an eating/lifestyle because exercise alone does not get results, then this is perfect…
Those that sign up to one of my Busy Mums small group personal training packages after the free week will get it drip fed each week for free.
