Sometimes those who face adversity do well as their resolve is tested and from somewhere comes this determination…
A determination to fit in enough exercise, it could be just two or three smart shorter sessions per week and no matter what happens they try and fit it in, knowing that smart exercise for 15 minutes is better than nothing…
The all important eating habits, knowing they are going to be on the go, most of the time this means not leaving it to chance and relying on buying because being healthy is not common…
So taking control means a bit of planning, not batch cooking that you simply haven’t got time for or buying millions of ingredients you have never heard off and striving for restaurant quality…
Just being prepared; a bottle of water, some healthy transportable snacks, maybe even a packed lunch or making the right choice if you know you will have the option and sticking to it…
I hear so many busy Mums tell me they can do it for their children, but completely forget themselves!…
Then when the lifestyle habits are started it’s just rinse and repeat, because it won’t work if you do it a couple of times…
Things really start happening when you don’t have to think about it any more.
