Just realised its been 20 years since I started helping people lose and shape up and loads of Busy Mums like you…
The main reason I got into this line of work was to help people…
And in the coming weeks I’m going to be stepping it up!
The question is always how can I go further, provide more…
I hope a lot of the time the words of my blog speak directly too you…
The blog posts will keep coming, I aim to inspire you and make you think…
I remember working in corporate fitness, my first real fitness job, 19 years ago…
My manager at the time was incredibly knowledgeable, early on I really wanted to attach electrodes from his brain to my brain learn what he knew as soon as possible, in 3 years I learned a lot from him…
It was the principle behind my 12 week Busy Mums online programme, take the best losing and shaping steps out of my head and put them into a programme that would help Busy Mums who wanted something that they could do themselves and take with them and get results…
When I would chat with someone with a goal I could help with, I would want to give them all the information then and there I could, which I realise was slightly overwhelming for them, a reason I wanted to send them a relevant article and then a bit of information at a time best done by email…
I also believe in strength in numbers a reason I set up my first free online group for Busy Mums (and the decision to start taking people through sessions in small groups)the online group is used to post useful tips and talk about common challenges…

For those that I help with personal training and small group training, it’s leaving no stone unturned…
Measuring their lose and shape up progress, because you can’t sugar coat the measurements!…
As you know measurements will tell you if you are doing the necessary or not…
In person exercise sessions mean it’s personalised to that persons current abilities and their end objective or in a group making it about a common objective and making sure a range of abilities can do the exercises and even have a bit of fun…
It’s also coaching people through the process, providing support to help someone make the necessary lifestyle challenges…
Maybe you get the information you need from the blog posts…
But if you find the problem is acting on the information…
And you have had a goal for yourself for a while and not put “stabilising blood sugar” into action…
There is help…
Sign up on the right by entering your email to get an article about the system I use (the only one I have found to get results) and some meal recommendations you can tweak for the whole family to save you cooking multiple meals.
Time to make progress.
You can do this.
Ed (Did I say even have a bit of fun in my exercise sessions, I think I did, I am even hearing the e word more at the end of my sessions – enjoy, or maybe it’s just reverse phycology) Stride.
